With 3 or 6 night itineraries one can experience an incredible primate encounter in addition to witnessing forest elephant, buffalo and rare species such as the Sitatunga. Sharing the Gabon border, Odzala-Kokoua in Northern Congo is one of Africa’s oldest national parks covering Africa's richest equatorial rainforest protecting within its 3,360,633 acres globally-significant populations of western lowland gorilla, forest elephant and forest buffalo as well as 11 diurnal Primates that are regularly encountered on drives, walks and by boat.

The Odzala gorilla safari experience is located in a pristine African rainforest, based around a combination of two eco-luxury safari camps:
LANGO CAMP: Situated in the Odzala-Kokoua National Park at the access to Lekoli and Mambili rivers (6 SUITES)
NGAGA CAMP: Located at the edge of the park in the center of a marantaceae forest (6 SUITES)
Camp Concept
The construction of eco-luxury camps in Odzala-Kokoua will contribute to the conservation of critical Central African Biodiversity – with its low population, pristine ecosystem, spectacular biodiversity and stable democracy The Republic of Congo is the ideal location for the protection of endemic wildlife and preservation of traditional Pygmy cultures. Rivers such as the Sangha, Mambili and the mighty Congo drain this basin and provide a means of exploration through dense forests and access to remote national parks such as Odzala-Kokoua, Nouabale-Ndoki and Conkouati-Douli. It is here that largest population of wild Gorilla exist in Africa and the region has been documented in National Geographic Channel's "Islands in the Forest".

Camp Design
Both camps will consist of 6 creatively designed guest rooms, taking inspiration from the designs of the local B’aka Pygmy groups. Sourced from nature, the materials used in the construction of the eco-camps will all be from sustainably harvested local hardwoods, bamboo and raffia palm matting.

Facilities at Lango and Ngaga Camps:
Ngaga Camp's 6 guest rooms are raised 3 meters off the ground, like tree camps with wraparound balconies allowing a full experience of the forest canopy. An identical use of natural materials will facilitate the large comfortable hides at the forest bais where guests will spend time waiting for and watching forest wildlife such as forest elephant, forest buffalo, sitatunga and even lowland gorilla.

Activities at Odzala Camps:
Professionally guided hiking and Gorilla tracking of habituated groups,
Canoening: 'Pirogue' rides along lush river systems,
Night game drives in the savannah to view nocturnal species,
Nature walks led by expert guides to view tropical birds and wildlife,
Serene viewing at the forest hideouts (called Bais).
